Made in Denver, Temper Chocolates and Confections, doesn't just sell chocolates, we sell experiences! Our mission is to share our passion and love for chocolates and raise awareness of craft chocolate among chocolate lovers.

Temper also cary a collection of gourmet chocolates from some of the best new American chocolatiers as well as our long-time European favorites. Temper also features an assortment of Bulk and Specialty chocolate from all around the world.
THE OWNER
Mark Callahan started a commercial bakery in 1991 and branched out into chocolate production in 2003 when he moved from Chicago, IL to Denver, Colo. and purchased Art Coco Chocolate Co. Specializing in unique molded chocolate using custom blends of fine Belgian style chocolate, Mark grew the small company to a nationally-recognized brand sold at major retailers including Crate & Barrel, Williams-Sonoma, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Harrod’s (London), Bon Marche (Paris) and Takashimaya (Japan). Mark sold the company in 2010 but stayed involved in the specialty food business which eventually led him to the joining Temper Chocolates and Confections in June 2018.
